The property is located in the Davisville section of Falmouth MA. From Route 28, take Davisville Rd South and take about the tenth left hand turn (Gayle Avenue). The property begins a few yards past the entrance to the Conservation property parking lot. Gayle Avenue currently bisects the lot. It is exactly 1 mile from the property line to Menauhant Beach (public beach.) To get to the Town of Falmouth, take Davisville Rd south until it ends at Menauhant Road.
